PROCIOUS, W.Va. — A Clay County woman is behind bars on charges of 1st degree arson.
Melissa Jarvis, 43, of Clay County was allegedly behind a fire that hit a home on August 18th.
She has appeared before a magistrate and is being held at Central Regional Jail. Her bond is set at $100,000.
The West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office made the arrest.
