CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – Two men connected to drug distribution in Monongalia County will spend close to 4 years in prison.
U.S. District Judge Irene M. Keeley sentenced Cary Dailey, 26, and Lance Demarco Harris, 22, to prison Monday.
A Mon Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force investigation revealed the Detroit, Michigan residents
were trafficking oxycodone last fall.
Dailey pled guilty to aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute oxycodone in January. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
Harris also pled guilty to distribution of oxycodone in January. He was sentenced to 46 months in prison.
