MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A probation check in Morgantown resulted in an arrest and major fentanyl seizure.

Probation officers found white powder and a vacuum sealed bag containing pills at the home of Bishop Reese, 24, then called for assistance.

Members of the Mon Metro Drug and Violent Crime Task Force responded to search the residence and recovered a total of 3,000 counterfeit Xanax that field tested positive for fentanyl. The total weight of the pills was nearly two pounds. Police also confiscated 19 grams of crack cocaine.
