FAIRMONT, W.Va. – A Fairmont man has been charged with an alleged Mon County sex crime with a juvenile female that occurred in 2016.
Neil Pence, 28, was arrested after the victim disclosed the incident during an interview with the Monongalia County Child Advocacy Center.
Pence has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
