HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. – Officials from the Harrison Clarksburg Health Department say Cubby’s Child Care in Bridgeport and Peep’s Place Child Care Center in Clarksburg are closed following a positive COVID-19 test from one employee at each facility.
Health department officials learned of the cases Friday, July 24 and Monday, July 27.
Both businesses will close for five days for deep cleaning and disinfecting. Additionally, all staff members will required to take the COVID-19 test.
The employees are isolating and contact tracing is being conducted.
