Harrison County SCAD operation leads to four arrests

HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. — A four-month undercover narcotics investigation conducted by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes and Drug Unit has lead to the arrest of four individuals, with a fifth arrest pending.

According to Chief Deputy Jeff McAtee, among those arrested on felony charges were:

Tiffany Sampson, 25 , of Spelter, who was charged with three counts of delivery of heroin, one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin and one count of child neglect.

She was arraigned before Harrison County Magistrate Keith Marple who set her bond at $41,000, which she posted.

Kayla Hannah, 25, of Spelter, who was charged with one counts of delivery of heroin, one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin and one count of child neglect.

She was arraigned before Harrison County Magistrate Keith Marple who set her bond at $30,000. Hannah did not post bond and was transported the North Central Regional Jail.

Tara Feathers, 23, of Shinnston, who was charged with two counts of delivery of heroin and two counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin.

Logan Drake, 21, of Shinnston, who was charged with two counts of delivery of heroin and two counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin.

Feathers and Drake were transported to the North Central Regional Jail pending arraignment before a magistrate.

The SCAD Unit is seeking a fifth individual, Jeremiah Doddrill of Spelter, who has a warrant on file for the felony charge of operation of a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
