WESTOVER, W.Va. – Police in Westover arrested two homeless people breaking into an unoccupied home on Lane Street.
Neighbor watched Patricia Greene and George McMullen gain entry through a rear window and called police.
Police say the pair were injecting narcotics, ransacking the dwelling and taking advantage of utilities that were still on.
Both have been charged with breaking and entering and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
