MORGANTOWN W.Va. – Detectives are investigating an apparent homicide in Monongalia County. The body of Matthew D. Moore, 46, was found Saturday morning by a passerby along Round Bottom Road.
Deputies responded around 6:26 a.m. after Moore’s body was discovered in the roadway. Moore’s body was transported to the West Virginia Chief Medical Examiner where it was confirmed his death was the result of a homicide.
No other information has been released.
