WESTON, W.Va. – An employee of the Lewis County DOH was injured in a crane accident Monday.
At 12:15 p.m. a crane fell on the workers ankle trapping him.
Responders from the Weston Volunteer Fire Department freed the worker and drove him to the Lewis County High School. Then he was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The employee’s name and condition have not been released.
