MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Zachary Nipper has been sentenced to one to five years in prison for stabbing a woman in the head in Westover. The woman told police he attacked her when she tried to stop him from choking another person in the home.
After serving his sentence for malicious wounding he’ll face additional charges in Maryland.
