MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Detectives from the Monongalia COunty Sheriff’s Department say Oliver Matheny, 45, of Maidsville, filmed underage girls in his bathroom in his home without their consent or knowledge.
Police have arrested Matheny for use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct. He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail on an unrelated charge.
If convicted, Matheny could face a fine of up to $10,000 and 10 years in jail.
