MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A 26-year-old man is in police custody in Virginia following the cancellation of an Amber Alert.
The alert was issued for 14-year-old Shyanne Lula Phillips of Morgantown before 8 p.m. Sunday night, but was cancelled fewer than two hours later.
Danny Small is facing one charge of delinquency of a minor after police arrested him in Front Royal, Virginia.
Morgantown Police have also obtained a kidnapping warrant for Small.
He is being held in Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail awaiting extradition back to West Virginia.
