Michigan man pleads guilty to selling heroin near WVU campus

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – U.S. Attorney Bill Powell says Gerald Kyler, 37, of Eastpointe, Michigan, has admitted to selling heroin near the WVU campus in July of 2018.

Kyler entered a guilty plea and faces up to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $2 million.

The Mon Metro Drug & Violent Crime Task Force assisted with the investigation.
