MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. – The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department has identified the body found on Grafton Road in the area of the Circle K November 4 as Michael Mobley, 29, also known as Kimmy Rose.
The investigation revealed Mobley was hit by a vehicle that left the scene. A press release from Sheriff Perry Palmer said the driver has been identified, but no other information has been released.
The investigation is ongoing and criminal charges are possible.
