MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A September Monongalia County Circuit Court grand jury has issued indictments on more than 100 charges.
Theodore Gibbs, 23, was indicted 1st degree sexual abuse charges. He is accused of attacking a 70-year-old woman in Morgantown in May.
Adrian Morris, Dvante Henry and Matthew Farmer were indicted on several charges including 1st degree robbery, burglary and conspiracy.
All three men have criminal histories. They are accused of punching a victim during a robbery at a First Street home June 2.
Alex Likens was indicted on Malicious Wounding and 1st degree sexual assault charges. The Grafton man is accused of attacking a woman in Greenmont in July.
