Morgantown man sentenced for firearms violation

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – Brendan Regan Boddie, 29, of Morgantown, has been sentenced to three years in prison for a felony firearms charge.

U.S. Attorney Bill Powell says Boddie pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a domestic violence crime in May of 2019. Boddie admitted to having two pistols, two rifles and one shotgun.
