MOUNT CLARE, W.Va. – A Mount Clare man is facing charges after shooting another man twice in the chest with a BB gun during an argument.
David Clark, 33, shot the victim at a home on Truman Street Tuesday.
Deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department have charged Clark with malicious assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
