WHEELING, W.Va. – Max Paul Levine, 34, of Bronx, New York has been indicted for interstate transport of a minor for sex. Cout documents say Levine transported a 15-year-old Harrison County to his home in New York for the purpose of having sex in June of 2019.
If convicted Levine could be sentenced to life in prison and fine of up to $250,000.
