FAIRMONT, W.Va. – A Huntington man is behind bars accused of theft from a Fairmont State University dorm.
Police reports allege Tyler Smith took electronic items, including a laptop computer from Prichard Hall over the weekend.
Smith was arrested for grand larceny after police found two laptop computers that had been reported stolen.
Smith is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
