REEDSVILLE, W.Va. – A single-vehicle crash on a homemade dirt trach in Preston County has led to one fatality.
A report from the West Virginia State police says Cloyd “Bubba” Martin was operating a 2001 convertible Volkswagon Monday at 6:45 p.m. on the track off Percy Lane when he hit an inside barrier and rolled. Martin was declared deceased at the scene.
Martin owned the property.
