PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Law enforcement officials in Philadelphia say one WVU was killed and another is critical condition following a weekend crash.
Chloe Robertson, 22, of Florida, was a criminal science major and was reportedly killed. Bobbiann Gubbei, of Mantue, New Jersey, and also a criminal science major is listed in critical condition.
Details about the crash have not been released.
A memorial service is planned at Woodburn Circle Monday night at 6 p.m.
