PRESTON COUNTY, W.Va. – Neil Delaney, of Aurora, has been charged with choking his wife and hitting two juveniles with a full can of soda during an altercation.
The victim told police Delaney began choking her until she became dizzy and had blurred vision. When her daughter ran into the room to get Delaney to stop he threw a full can of soda hitting her in the face. The can glanced off the girl and hit her two-year-old cousin.
Delaney has been charged with strangulation and child abuse.
