PRESTON COUNTY, W.Va. – The West Virginia Ethics Commission has issued a public reprimand and $500 fine to Preston County Public Service District 1 Board Member Mike Adams.
Adams admitted to violating the West Virginia Governmental Ethics Act on three occasions by voting on issues that benefited employees of the district, including his son.
