WESTOVER, W.Va. – An employee of the Westover Smoker Friendly, Mindy Rogers, 35, has been arrested and is accused of taking lottery tickets.
Police say Rogers scratched off lottery tickets without paying for them on 59 occassions and redeemed the winning tickets. Police say all the crimes were captured on video surveillance.
Rogers has been charged with embezzlement.
The embezzled amount allegedly totaled $2,257.11 according to police.
