KINGWOOD, W.Va. – State police in Kingwood have arrested a Tunnelton man following an investigation into a suspected sexual assault after a six month investigation.
In January, troopers received a cell phone that contained a message from Nathan Leggett, 18, that advised a juvenile female to “keep her mouth shut because I could go to jail.”
In February, state police observed a forensic interview with victim in which she told them she had sexual intercourse with Leggett on two occasions.
Leggett has been charged with two counts of third degree sexual assault and is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
