MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – An expired inspection sticker led to the confiscation of nearly an ounce of methamphetamine on Earl L. Core Road.
Police determined Duane Taylor II was driving on a suspended license and had 25 grams of methamphetamine in a tool case.
Police also found scales and a sheet of paper titled “People Who Owe Me Money.”
Taylor has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and is being held in the north Central Regional Jail.
