MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. – Timmy Crockett, of Florida, has been sentenced to 10 to 25 years in prison for second degree sexual assault for sexually activity with an unconscious Morgantown woman. Crockett is also ordered to register as sex offender and be subject to 10 years of extended supervision.
Court documents say the victim went out with Crockett and another man in March 2018, when she blacked out the attack occurred.
Crockett is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
