MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. An accident causing a diesel fuel spill closed a portion of I-68 in the Cheat Lake area Tuesday afternoon.
The accident involved a semi-truck on I-68 at mile marker 11 at 2 p.m. and closed both westbound lanes.
Crews were able to clean up 30 to 40 gallons of diesel fuel and reopen all lanes of traffic by 3:15 p.m.
No injuries have been reported.
