CHARLESTON, WV – The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission (JVAC) is accepting applications for the judicial vacancy on the 17th Judicial Circuit Court serving Monongalia County.
Completed applications and letters of recommendation or comment must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Applicants from the December 2022 process for the 17th Judicial Circuit may request to be considered by JVAC by confirming their continued interest, an additional full application is not required.
Those who confirm continued interest will not be required to interview again, but may include a request to re-interview. If any material changes have occurred since the applications were filed for the seat in December of 2022, that information should be forwarded to the JVAC.
