CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — An Arizona man has confessed to a drug trafficking charge stemming from a Monongalia County investigation. Kwane Baker, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing cocaine base. He faces 20 years in prison and fine of up to $1 million. The Mon Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force revealed the Buckeye, Arizona sold crack cocaine in Monongalia County in July 2014.
