Arrest made in Clarksburg stabbing

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – Police in Clarksburg have made an arrest in connection with the Nov. 7 stabbing of a teenager on Clay Street.

When investigators arrived at the apartment, they learned a 17-year-old male had been stabbed in the back and had run to the nearby Hardee’s.

The victim told police he was stabbed by Amber Zenisek, 35, of Clarksburg, as he walked away.

Police have video surveillance of Zenisek stabbing the teen in the back with a large knife after he turned to walk away.

Zenisek has been charged with malicious assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
