MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — An early morning fire on High Street is being investigated as a case of potential arson.
A fire caused water and smoke damage to a building at 235 High Street. A damage estimate is not yet available.
Police and fire officials responded at 3:00 a.m. Friday.
