CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A suspect in an Ohio attempted murder has been arrested in Fairmont.
Arthur “Tudor” Murray, 44, is one of three men accused of an attempted 2015 murder.
Two suspects held the victim down while the third shot him. The other two suspects are in custody.
When US Marshals and Fairmont Police Task Force members made the arrest, Murray allegedly lied about his name and
gave law enforcement a fake identification.
The Fairmont Police Department will charge Murray as a fugitive from justice.
He will face extradition hearings in Marion County before being returned to OH.
