Charges against four people accused of using drugs in front of child

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Four people are facing charges after police found drugs in a vehicle that had a child in it.

Police found cocaine, heroin, drug paraphernalia that would enable use, and packaging for those drugs in a parked vehicle at the Park and Ride along Route 7 in Morgantown.

Kerstyn Nichole Miller, 18, of Fairmont; Tyler Wade Livengood, 26, of Westover; Aylisa Katherine Whitener, 31, of Morgantown; and Brian Cristopher Judy, 24, of Morgantown are all facing charges.

All four are charged with child endangerment. Livengood, Whitener, and Judy are all additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance.

The four people were all in the vehicle with a child in a car seat in the back seat. Police said drugs were in use in front of the child, who was seated between two of the adults while drugs were being either smoked or injected.

The child, 3, is now in the custody of Child Protective Services.

All four are awaiting arraignment in Monongalia County.
