GLENVILLE, W.Va. – A Clarksburg man is facing charges after soliciting an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old female.
Aaron Pearson, 31, began exchanging messages with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl he had met on Facebook Oct. 15. Reports indicate Pearson asked the 14-year-old if they could have a relationship and began sending graphic messages.
Pearson arranged to meet the “girl” over the weekend at the GoMart in Glenville. When Pearson arrived he was quickly taken into custody and told police he had no intentions of doing anything sexual during the meeting.
Pearson has been charged with soliciting a minor via a computer.
