MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Motorists traveling to or through downtown Morgantown can expect delays in the coming weeks due to road construction.
Multiple maintenance and construction operations are underway on Chestnut, Pleasant, Spruce and Walnut Streets.
Officials urge the traveling public to avoid the area if possible.
