Convicted Taylor County meth dealer gets ten year federal prison sentence

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A Taylor County man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for selling methamphetamine in the northern West Virginia area.

Donald Jack Getz, 36, of Grafton, was found with more than two pounds of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, several cell phones, a loaded pistol in his home, and a storage unit.

Court documents say Getz sold the drugs in Taylor and Monongalia counties.

The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force investigated the case.
