Detroit murder suspect arrested in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Michigan murder suspect was arrested in Morgantown Tuesday.

Daquana Malika Williams, 21, was discovered on Dunkard Avenue at 3:45 p.m. and taken into custody without incident by Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers with the Morgantown City Police Department.

Williams is wanted by Detroit police accused of two counts of murder, assault with intent to murder and first degree arson.

Authorities said she and two other suspects fire bombed a home using accelerants killing to people and injuring a third.
Williams will be charged as a fugitive from justice in Monongalia County and await extradition to Michigan. She will be detained at the North Central Regional Jail.
