Drugs found in White Hall linked to Mannington woman

WHITE HALL, W.Va. – An investigation into a bag of drugs and paraphernalia has resulted in the arrest of a Mannington woman.

On Jan. 23, White Hall police were called by workers at a business who found a bag left outside their business that had drug paraphernalia in it.

In the bag, police found bags of methamphetamine that had a total weight of 30 grams, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and data cards that contained photos and videos of Jessica Kershner, 39, of Mannington.

Police learned Kershner cleans for a living and had parked her car near the location where the bag was found the night before.

Kershner has been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $25,012 bond.
