MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A drunk man found naked and passed out in the home of strangers was sobering up Friday morning before being arraigned on criminal charges.
The residents of a Forest Avenue house came home at approximately 3:45 a.m. May, 5 to find the man lying on the living room floor.
Morgantown police arrived to arrest Zachary Thomas Summers, 20 of Morgantown, on a burglary charge.
The victims told police Summers urinated on the floor of the home and ate food from the refrigerator before passing out in the living room.
Summers was taken into custody without incident.
Investigators did not discover the suspect’s clothes at the scene.
