CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A Fairmont man has been sentenced in federal court on drug charges.
Daniel Ross Sims, 27, was ordered to a year and a day in prison for heroin distribution.
Sims pled guilty in April to distributing the drug within 1,000 feet of a protected location.
U.S. District Judge Irene M. Keeley sentenced Sims Monday.
