MARION COUNTY, W.Va. – Investigators have now charged Daniel Ryan, 24, of Star City with attempted murder in connection with attack on a member of the Hell’s Angels in August of 2019.
James Biggie, Bruce Davis and Jason Harris have also been charged with attempted murder. Investigators say all four suspects are members of the Pagans Motorcycle Gang.
Local investigators and the U.S. Marshals Service allege the four members of the Pagans targeted a member of the Hell’s Angels from New York. The victim was placed in a medically induced coma after being hit with a baseball bat and stabbed at the BFS store in White Hall.
A second victim was allegedly struck by a Jeep driven by James Biggie.
