MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Chaplin Road was closed for about two hours after a single-vehicle wreck blocked both lanes.
About 6:30 on Friday morning, a garbage truck belonging to Mountain State Waste lost control and flipped on its side, blocking both lanes of traffic, according to the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department.
No one was injured in the crash, which happened near Martin Hollow Road.
