GRANVILLE, W.Va. A Morgantown man has been charged after Granville police said he attempted to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex.
On Thursday, Christopher Rose, 47, was chatting online with what he thought was a 15-year-old girl and made arrangements to meet in Granville for sex.
Rose was taken into custody while walking to the agreed meeting location.
Rose has been charged with soliciting a minor via computer and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $50,000 surety/cash bond.
