MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Police say Michael Finger has been arrested for allegedly playing with himself on the WVU campus Saturday.
Police say EMS workers talked to Finger but left the area after he would not stop playing with himself on the benches in front of Colson Hall.
When police asked Finger to pull his hand out of his pants he refused to comply. Finger continued to resist and started yelling profanities.
After multiple attempts to get Finger to comply officers used pepper spray.
Finger has been charged with indecent exposure, two counts obstruction and disorderly conduct.
