MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — An armed robbery at 629 Jones Avenue is under investigation, according to the Morgantown Police Department.
A female victim reported a tall white man with short blond hair and wearing black clothing approached her while she was sitting on her porch. He then allegedly demanded the victim’s laptop after brandishing a handgun.
The suspect then fled the area on foot. Officers conducted a search of the surrounding area, but have not yet located the suspect.
The incident is under investigation.
