MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Investigators with the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department have arrested a Kingwood man in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old.
Shane McCarty, 33, has been arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court for 3rd degree sexual assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
