Marine recruiter accused of sexual assault

WHITE HALL, W.Va. — The White Hall police chief has confirmed the arrest of a U.S Marine recruiter accused of sexual assault.

Chief Geno Guerrieri said Robert Koerber, 29, of Morgantown has been charged with second degree sexual assault stemming from accusation by a potential recruit.

The girl, 17, told investigators Koerber forced her to have sex with him at a Marine Recruiting Station in the Middletown Mall.

Koerber has been arraigned on five separate charges. He posted a $50,000 bond.
