MANNINGTON, W.Va. – The Marion County Board of Education has indefinitely suspended a coach from the Mannington Middle School football team.
The board voted unanimously voted to indefinitely suspend Vladimir Jean-Phileppe after allegedly striking a player on an opposing team.
No other details have been released.
