MARION COUNTY, W.Va. – The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has identified the subject shot to death over the weekend as Charles Echols III.
Officials said Echols was shot early Sunday morning at a home on Lincoln Way in the Fairmont area.
The investigation is active, and detectives are looking for information from the public.
